Terms of Service

Picture Perfect Landscaping LLC ("Picture Perfect," "we," "us") Effective date: October 20, 2026

These terms apply when you book or receive our services, approve a quote, or call or text us.

1. Services

We provide lawn care, cleanups, landscaping, and snow plowing and salting. The work and price for your property are in your quote, contract or invoice.

2. Payment

Payment is due by the date on your invoice. If you keep a card on file, you authorize us to charge it for services you booked.

3. Scheduling and access

Visits may move because of weather or other delays. Please give us access to the work area, with gates unlocked and pets inside.

4. Snow removal

The snow season runs December 1 through March 31.
Seasonal contracts are paid in monthly installments starting December 1 and are owed for the full season no matter how much it snows. Salt is billed separately unless your contract includes it.
We are not responsible for ice that forms after our visit.
Please mark curbs, walkways and other hidden objects with stakes before the first storm. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not marked.

5. Property damage

If you think we caused damage, tell us within 48 hours so we can look at it. We are not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked items, such as sprinkler heads, invisible dog fences or buried cables.

6. Calls and text messages

Calls to our business number may be answered by an automated AI receptionist and may be recorded.

By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Picture Perfect Landscaping LLC about quotes, appointments, invoices, payments and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by New York law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Rockland County, New York.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
