Calls and messages: calls to our business number may be answered by an automated AI receptionist provided through our scheduling software. These calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your request. We also keep text messages and emails you send us.

We keep customer and invoice records for as long as you are a customer and for up to 7 years afterward for tax and legal purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as our software provider stores them or we need them.
